Let me tell you what entrepreneurs as myself have to manage with a smile on our face:
Faith- We must sustain FAITH when pushing a vision. No matter how ugly it gets, or no matter how much water gets in the boat and no matter how many tornadoes hit- We must keep Faith Strong to keep the blessings from leaving.
Consistency- This is the hardest pill to swallow. Staying on top of business production, business creations and most of all Audience engagements. Staying on top of transactions (while bills are screaming: “anxiety” in your throat)
Staying consistent with being positive and proactive and YES- money will come abundantly (for business) but then there’s a CHALLENGE- where every entrepreneur see the money and the profits made doesn’t last long. And once again - Bills are laughing at you. So you push. Through tears, sweat , stress and blood because you’ll be damn to go back where you came from.
Self Care- this is SUPER important. At times hard to do. To worry about what can you pay for personally, how many times you backed up a bill to pay later so your business can excel, seeing your credit score play hopscotch, feeling like a failure one day and victorious the next, knowing what you know yet overwhelming thoughts of “Why now?, No this can’t be happening!” Us entrepreneurs push to stay focus, determined, willing to see the day where paying bills doesn’t determine our next movement. So we have to take days to breathe. Days to tell us we are ok. This is a good challenge to have. This is a lesson. We’re not sinking BUT we’re learning the ability to breathe under water.
Rid Of Pride- What every entrepreneur goes through. The feeling of hopelessness, lost, confusion, failing, useless, unworthy and undeserving can get us to stay quiet, numb and prevent us from asking help due to these feelings that come amongst us. Knowing no one is perfect but feeling destroyed when we have been following the rules and still see the words we fear:
“Struggle”. So we tell ourselves this is the part where no one can know what really happens behind scene. No one can know the empty fridge, the coins we pinch squeezing life out of it to feel like we did SOMETHING- ANYTHING. We tell ourselves: Something must give. We tell ourselves to keep these secrets because once spilled damages will be done. Through this process we learn to get rid of Pride. Asking for help, pivoting through ideas to create more revenue to pay for other bills. It’s NOT easy. It will get you to feel like your breaking but you’re bending. Into a shape you’re FUTURE self will thank you for 🌻
Lastly,
Staying Effective-
While life is pulling your hair out, while your spirit is spread thin and your emotions are on a ride that doesn’t stop going up and down- STAYING EFFECTIVE is vital. Knowing there is someone out there beating you at your own game you get inspired in the middle of chaos. Us entrepreneurs will continue to promote posts, spread our gift in business, sale, sale, sale because Our LIFE LITERALLY DEPENDS ON IT. We have nothing else but ourselves and for that we keep going. When days go gray and we feel boxed in...we scream, yell, kick and crawl to our way to success. Sacrificing EVERYTHING to be effective.
And the customers? Will never know the behind scenes. It’s not their responsibility to know. It’s Ours to protect. So we serve. We serve with a smile on our face with our hands behind our back to hide the scrapes, cuts, bruises and blood we endure day to day.
I have been in this game since 5yro. I am now on a different level of this game now entrepreneur had chosen me. Strength isnt a word I’ll use for entrepreneurs like us:
WARRIOR is a better fit for us.
We fight. We win. We celebrate. We fight again. And again. And again.
To the entrepreneurs out there- I salute you. We all we got. Our minds, faith, consistency, self care & driven determination.
I won’t give up. Ever. You shouldn’t either.
